Prepared NEPA documentation, including wetland delineation, mitigation, and monitoring for the installation of a 22-mile raw water supply pipeline. The project included the design and creation of 2.75 acres of wetlands.

The plan met the mitigation standards required by the ACOE with regards to grading, planting, implementation, and monitoring of the project through full certification.
