WestWater Engineering completed a 201 Facilities Plan that included an evaluation of the treatment plant and sewer collection system, and provided for a series of alternative scenarios for upgrading the overall system. WestWater Engineering provided design and resident engineering services for both the sewer line rehabilitation and treatment plant expansion projects.
